How she met her mother! Alyson Hannigan coos over daughter Keeva during retail therapy splurge

She is one of the stars of hit sitcom How I Met Your Mother.
And it seems Alyson Hannigan's baby daughter Keeva's first memories of her parent may be of her cooing at her if her behaviour in Los Angeles on Monday is anything to go by.
The 38-year-old could scarcely tear herself away from the adorable eight-month-old as she picked up garments in the trendy Santa Monica area of the city.

But Alyson was not the only person who was spellbound by the baby, whose father is former Sharpe favourite Alexis Denisof.
For a fellow shopper leaned in to smile and coo at the ambrosial youngster who was surely lapping up all the attention.
The Buffy the Vampre Slayer star even sought her baby's fashion advice, holding up a pink T-shirt in front of her to see her reaction.
And it seems it was favourable for the actress, who wore a black top and leggings,. soon marched out of the shop with a bag in hand.

Keeva is her second child with Alexis, who she met on the set of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, where she played Willow and he played Wesley.
The 46-year-old American actor is best known to UK audiences for his scene stealing turns as cad officer Lord John Rossendale opposite hunky Yorkshire pudding Sean Bean in hit Napoleonic war drama Sharpe.
His character had a bloody end in the show, when he took park in a disastrous charge against French infantry at the Battle of Waterloo.
But he left an indelible mark on the minds of fans of the series, and is warmly remembered as one of the show's most popular villains.
